Refund policy
We are a small business and your order means so much to us. Please contact us if you have any additional questions after reading our return policy below.
Returns:
Items are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and have original tags and packaging. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns can be refunded for store credit, or to the original method of payment. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will approve or deny your refund request. You will be notified by email of the status of your request. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.

Damaged Items:
If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product at hello@austinbabyco.com and we will exchange the faulty item for a new one.
